Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday to my sweet, handsome, lovable "baby" boy....
You are the best thing in my life. You are caring, stubborn, energetic, lovable, shy, and free spirited.
You make me forget about everything else that is going on and concentrate on you and your new skills....
You are still obsessed with saying Dog...lately you have been waving to anyone and everyone who looks your way. You still love to eat. You chug your milk, you cry when I leave the room, you get excited when I come back. You're always on the go, you have been absolutely amazing since we took your pacifier away...you know when you finish your bottle that you lay your head down on our shoulders and go to sleep...
You have been one easy baby. Not really cranky, pretty mellow, and you love being the center of attention. You definitely have spoiled us.
you will go to anyone. you even cuddle up with them. (remember the flight attendants to/from Florida?) you laugh at the most random things. you like putting your forehead against our front door window and sliding your head across to make a funny sound. you make fart noises on furniture, or someone's skin. you like to bite (mommy especially) you still haven't stopped drooling, you get really cranky when you're tired, you fuss when you're being held, you fuss when you're on the ground. you still aren't walking, you love Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, you pointed him out on your wrapping paper from Grandma D.
You get excited when you take your baths, you love to be in your diaper only, you have been a trooper everytime we take you somewhere (remember the one day camping trip when you were 2 weeks old), you've only been sick 3 times since you've been born. You crawl like the speed of lighting when we open up a door to another room.
You are in inspiration in so many ways. I have loved every single second I have shared with you. I can't wait for tomorrow.
Some days you make me crazy, but then when you smile, all is forgotten. I know you're babysitter's, Grandma D., Grandpa S., and Grandma S. spoil you rotten. I know they love holding you when you sleep, so Kevin and I get "punished" when it comes to the weekends and you want to be held. I know they have the best interest for you.
Thank you for being a part of my life.
I hope that your birthday (and more to come) are just as amazing.
