By my standards; I've been 'working' out the past couple of weeks...running, walking, 200 sit ups...nothing else really. I wanted to start easy...well last night I went to the gym and got my butt kicked! I used muscles that I a) either forgot I had or b) didn't know I had!
I'm hating life today...and that is an understatement!!
I'm in piss poor shape but that is why I'm working out...let's just hope I can continue this.
And wearing 4 inch heels to work isn't helping the matter either!
Wish me luck on this 'I want to lose 5 more pounds and tone my body' challenge that I have given myself...

Carrying a few extra pounds myself and totally feeling it. Ughh... softness all around and lack of muscle. Hope it gets better for you soon! I'm hoping to start working out this week.

Just got a membership and started swimming again and hope to work my way up to running again. It's just not quite as easy as it used to be. I would like to lose more than five pounds, but I'm not under any delusion....I've given myself until August. Will I make it? That remains to be seen but good grief I hope so. I feel too tired and sluggish for my likes. Good luck, nice to hear from you. Miss you and can't wait to see you Labor Day Weekend. You are going?
